By purchasing goods from Adelaide Cartridge Centre you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions listed on this web site. Upon ordering, it is also an acknowledgement that that you have referred to and understood our web pages and associated material referring to Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery, Warranties & Returns.
The content of this site may change from time to time and it is the responsibility of the customer when using this site, to familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions of the site at the time of ordering.

Prices listed on this site are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Adelaide Cartridge Centre will not be bound by any errors or omissions to the prices listed as long as all reasonable efforts are made to inform you of such errors or omissions prior to forwarding any goods you have ordered. In such event, we will contact you to either a) immediately refund any payment or b) with your consent, continue with the order at a revised and agreed price.
Any disputes or claims arising from an agreement to purchase goods or services, shall in the first instance, fall within the jurisdiction of the laws of South Australia.
Choosing Your Cartridge/s
All cartridge information displayed as a result of your printer/cartridge search, is to be used as a general guide only. Adelaide Cartridge Centre accepts no responsibility for omissions, editorial or technical errors in the information displayed and you should always check your order requirements against your existing cartridges or printer manual before ordering.
Choosing a New Printer
The information displayed on the product page is intended as a general guide only and we accept no responsibility for any editorial errors or omissions. We strongly recommend before you make any final buying decision, you refer to the manufacturers full specification on the link provided on the product page to ensure the printer meets your specific printing requirements, and the detailed and full printer specification matches your computer and other hardware operating systems. Title / Ownership
Ownership of any goods supplied remains that of Adelaide Cartridge Centre until such time as payment has been confirmed, or in such circumstances where payment is in dispute. We reserve the right to have free and unrestricted access to recover such goods as determined by the laws of South Australia or relevant legal jurisdiction.
Adelaide Cartridge Centre reserves the right to refuse any order where reasonable grounds exist that compromise us in matching ‘payor’ details to the final delivery destination. This provision is to prevent fraudulent credit card behaviour.
You can either order on-line, or if you prefer, you can call us on 1300 780 810. For existing customers, a simple email with your order requirements will also suffice.
We do not accept orders from outside Australia or other countries, nor do we accept payments that incur foreign exchange fees.
For On-line purchases you do not need to be a registered customer. If you choose to ‘register’ as a customer, you have the benefit of referring to previous transactions & transaction history, as well as change your account details at any time. For many of our customers, this is a handy feature.
For On-line Purchases, payments can be made by:

For approved trading account customers, direct deposit details are provided on our Invoice.

An electronic Tax Invoice or Receipt will be forwarded to your email address within 48 hours of the receipt of your order/goods.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver using Courier services and all shipping charges include GST.
Deliveries to PO Boxes & Apartment addresses are by special arrangement. Call our customer service on 1300 780 810 to discuss your order & delivery requirements.
Delivery times as per our delivery schedules are to be used as a general guide only, but are based on current delivery service levels. Every effort is made to get your order to you within our stated times (subject to your payment method), however we do not guarantee delivery times as circumstances can arise on rare occasions which prevent these times being met.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present at the delivery address specified on your order otherwise the courier will leave a card to arrange re-delivery. If a re-delivery is needed a charge may apply, but generally the courier will provide one re-delivery attempt at no extra cost.
If you cannot be present, you can make alternative arrangements at the time of ordering.

Warranty & Returns
Our warranty/returns covers our genuine (OEM), non-genuine, compatible and remanufactured printer cartridges, consumables, and printer hardware.
We will respond to any warranty/return request in a timely & professional manner. We value your business and will try to minimise any inconvenience if you are experiencing problems.

- providing a cash refund
- providing a product replacement
- referring your claim back to the manufacturer ourselves for assessment
- referring you to deal direct with the manufacturer in the case of some printer manufacturers, as per their warranty provisions & procedures.
Goods for Return fall into 2 categories:
- Faulty Product – covered under our Warranty provisions.
- Incorrectly Ordered Goods – covered under our Returns provisions.
There are specific procedures in place to cover these events where goods are to be returned.
