Shipping & Delivery

All orders received by 3.00 pm (along with cleared payments) will be despatched the same day.

All goods are generally supplied as one shipment.  Where this is not the case, you will be contacted to seek your acceptance of a split shipment.

Cartridge & Printer prices do not include delivery unless otherwise stated.

We deliver using Courier services and all shipping charges include GST. Subject to whether you require metro or country delivery, we charge a ‘flat rate shipping’ fee which is capped for any size order for consumables & printer cartridges.

Deliveries to PO Boxes & Apartment addresses are by special arrangement. Call our customer service on 1300 780 810 to discuss your order & delivery requirements.

It is important to check your delivery details have been entered correctly when placing your order. Most late deliveries are due to an error in shipping details.

How can I calculate my Shipping & Delivery costs ?

You can check the delivery fee for your consumable/cartridge order by going to ‘View Cart’, or by going to the blue shopping basket in the top right hand corner and click on ‘View Cart’ from the drop down menu. You will see a ‘Calculate Shipping’ tab, which you can click on, enter your State & Postcode, and a delivery fee will be displayed when you click on ‘Update Totals’.

Your order has not been placed at this stage, so if you choose not to proceed with an order, simply exit this page. Your order is not processed until you complete the final ‘Proceed to Checkout’ phase, where you are required to enter Billing, Delivery & Payment details.

When will my order be despatched?

All orders received by 3.00 pm (along with cleared payments) will be despatched the same day.

Goods are despatched once your payment has been cleared and subject to availability of stock.

The time it takes for your payment to clear is governed by your payment method.

  • Credit Cards payments will clear immediately to approved customers.
  • Direct Deposits will generally take until the next business day for the funds to appear in our account. Please ensure you include your Order Reference Number in your remittance to avoid any delays in forwarding your goods.
  • Cheques will require 5 business days for payment to be cleared by the bank.
What delivery method do you use?

We deliver using Courier services. The customer or a representative is required to be available to sign for the goods on delivery.

What if I can't be there to receive my delivery?

If no one is available to accept and sign for the goods, a redelivery will be attempted on the next available delivery cycle.  Generally, our courier will provide one re-delivery attempt at no extra cost, however we reserve the right to charge for such redelivery where appropriate.  Further unsuccessful redelivery attempts may result in your order/goods being held until suitable delivery arrangements are made by the customer.

You can elect to have the goods left without a signature. However we accept no responsibility for the goods once they have been delivered. For more information see Authority to Leave Without Signature (ATL) section below.

What if the item I order becomes of Out of Stock?

All goods are generally stock items, however if your goods are an ‘Out of Stock’ item due to prior sales, you will be advised regarding any extended delivery time and given the option to cancel the order if you desire.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Apartment Blocks?

Yes, we do but they are considered Special Delivery and are restricted to Phone Orders only.

Do your shipping and delivery charges include GST?

Yes, all shipping and delivery charges include GST.

Do you guarantee delivery times?

Delivery times as per our delivery schedules are to be used as a general guide only, but are based on current delivery service levels.

Every effort is made to get your order to you within our stated times (subject to your payment method). However, we do not guarantee delivery times as circumstances can arise on rare occasions which prevent these times being met.  As part of our Quality Control procedures, we monitor theses delivery times to ensure standards are maintained and customer service is not compromised.

I need my order urgently, do you offer Express delivery?

If delivery is urgent, we can arrange a 2-4 hour express courier delivery for all capital city metropolitan locations.

The cost of express freight will vary depending on your location and urgency of delivery. Please call our Customer Service on 1300 780 810 for a quote.

Printer Cartridges & Consumables

Standard delivery fees are capped at the cost shown for metro & country areas, for any size shipment, which may contain multiple cartridges.

Flat-Rate Delivery Fees

Flat-rate delivery fees for cartridges fall into 4 main shipping regions and vary with each state. Please use the guides below as an estimate for the different shipping regions.

Metropolitan Areas

$6.50 – for Adelaide, Perth & Brisbane
$7.50 – for Melbourne
$9.00 – for Sydney

Delivery to Metro areas takes between 1-2 business days.

Outer Metropolitan Areas

$9.50 – for Adelaide, Perth & Brisbane
$10.50 – for Melbourne
$12.00 – for Sydney

Delivery to Outer Metro areas usually takes between 1-2 business days.

Inner Country 1 Areas

$11.50 – for Adelaide, Perth & Brisbane
$12.50 – for Melbourne
$14.00 – for Sydney

Delivery to Inner Country 1 areas takes:
1-2 business days for Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane
2-3 business days for Melbourne and Sydney.

Outer Country 2 Areas

Delivery to Outer Country 2 areas takes 2-3 business days.

New Printers

Printer Delivery Fees

Delivery fees for Printers, Multifunction Centres & Multifunction Devices will be subject to a quote depending on the size of the printer, handling requirements & delivery location. eg, metro/country.

When you see a printer displayed you will see a box showing ‘Delivery Quote’. By clicking on this box and entering your delivery details, in particular postcode, we will respond promptly with a fixed delivery price and also confirm availability and an estimated time of delivery.

Orders for Printers can only be placed by calling our customer service on 1300 780 810 where we will arrange payment and delivery details.

Remote / Country Region Delivery

Standard delivery fees for country areas are specific to the towns and immediate surrounding areas within the postcode area.  Remote country locations or outlying addresses within a postcode listing may be subject to a delivery surcharge and we reserve the right to adjust our fees accordingly.  In these rare cases, we will call and advise the additional cost and you may accept or cancel your order.  Should your order have already been submitted and paid for, and you wish to cancel, we will immediately refund any prior payment.

Special Delivery

The following special deliveries are restricted to Phone Orders only.

PO Box Deliveries

Delivery to PO Boxes is by special arrangement and not covered by our standard delivery fees.  Should you place an on-line Order with a PO Box delivery, we will contact you to discuss your order.  Please call our Customer Service on 1300 780 810 for a delivery quote.

Apartment Deliveries

For Apartment deliveries, please call our Customer Service on 1300 780 810 to arrange delivery prior to placing an order.  Fees may vary due to access sometimes being restricted and ‘drop boxes’ are occasionally not big enough to accept packaged goods.

Customer to be available to sign for delivery

The customer or his representative is required to be available to sign for the goods when they are delivered by our courier.  If no one is available to accept and sign for the goods, a redelivery will be attempted on the next available delivery cycle.  Generally, our courier will provide one re-delivery attempt at no extra cost, however we reserve the right to charge for such redelivery where appropriate.  Further unsuccessful redelivery attempts may result in your order/goods being held until suitable delivery arrangements are made by the customer.

Authority to Leave Without a Signature (ATL)

If you the customer or your representative are not available to receive your goods, then you may authorise us to leave the goods without a signature.  In this event we accept no responsibility for the goods once they have been delivered in the event the goods are damaged, go missing or are stolen.  No proof of delivery will be provided as is the case with customers that sign at the time of delivery.

If this option suits you, then mark in the comments section of the online order, with an ‘ATL– Authority to leave without a signature.

Any additional special delivery instructions must be kept to one line and a maximum of 6 words e.g. ‘Leave behind front veranda’ or ‘Leave by pot plant by door’.

If goods are to be left without a signature upon delivery, please ensure you provide your phone contact details so we may contact you to confirm such arrangements if required.

Delivery Access & Drop Off Point

Delivery fees are based on our courier having unrestricted access to the front door of your property or business premises as a ‘drop off /delivery point’ where you the customer or your representative are required to be available to receive and sign for the goods.   Where access is restricted by way of, but not be limited to, locked gates, security access restrictions including access to upper level floors, steps & stairways (specifically for large printers exceeding 25Kg), then please call 1300 780 810 prior to placing your order so we can make the appropriate delivery arrangements. This may mean leaving your goods in a safe and agreed alternate location at your delivery address.

In the event that these restrictions prevent delivery on the first attempt, our courier will generally provide one re-delivery attempt at no extra cost, however we reserve the right to charge for such redelivery where appropriate.  Further unsuccessful redelivery attempts may result in your order/goods being held until suitable delivery arrangements are made by the customer.
