We charge a standard delivery fee for all goods and by doing so, we are able keep our prices for to a minimum.
Product prices do not include delivery unless otherwise stated.
We deliver using a range of Courier service providers.
Delivery Fees are a ‘flat capped rate’ for any size order.
Delivery fees can be viewed/checked on our ‘Delivery Fee Calculator’ on any product page. (just enter your postcode)
Delivery fees are also shown when checking out on the shopping cart.
All delivery fees include GST.
Fees start at $6.50 for greater metropolitan areas and vary accordingly for country/regional town areas.
FREE DELIVERY is offered on a range of our products. Products that are eligible for FREE DELIVERY will be flagged when displayed on their respective product pages or product searches.
You may check the delivery fee with our delivery fee calculator on any product page.
If ordering a mix of products or multiple products, our system will automatically calculate the delivery fee for your total order, and show the final delivery fee on checkout. Our delivery fees are generally a ‘capped’ fee, so even if ordering multiple products, a flat capped fee will generally only be charged.
If ordering a product flagged as FREE DELIVERY, the following applies:-
A) Consumables (eg, cartridges) ordered in conjunction with a Printer that is flagged as FREE DELIVERY, will also be included in your order and these extra ‘goods/consumables’ will not be charged delivery, but will form part of your total order that is FREE DELIVERY.
B) Where a customer orders, Consumables (printer cartridges, etc) or Print Media products that are flagged as FREE DELIVERY, and should the order also include a printer that is not flagged as free delivery, a delivery fee will apply in these instances only, where the standard delivery fee for the printer will be the higher fee charged.
Our Standard Delivery Fees for country areas are specific to the towns & immediate surrounding street addresses.
Remote country locations, rural properties and outlying addresses may incur a surcharge. See below for more information.

Our Stock levels represent our national stock holding, not necessarily stock at a local warehouse level.
If a printer is flagged as ‘FREE DELIVERY’ but is only available interstate, and you have already ordered your printer, we will call and provide a quoted fee for delivery. If this is not acceptable, and you choose to cancel your order, we will issue an immediate refund.

You may collect your order from any of our warehouse in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth
Pick-Ups are available subject to the following criteria:
Standard delivery fees are capped at the cost shown, for any size shipment, which may contain multiple products.
Larger Printers (eg, Wide Format Printers, Large Multifunction Corporate Devices)
Delivery Fees for these items are a quoted price.
These ‘large bulky printers’ are flagged on our web site should they come up on a product search.
You will be prompted to call for a delivery quote, and should you wish to proceed with an order, this is completed over the phone.
For large bulky printers, we follow this procedure for several reasons:

A surcharge may be applicable for locations & addresses that fall into this category and we reserve the right to adjust our standard fees accordingly. If you place an order and it falls into this category, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery arrangements. We generally find a simple alternative address can be arranged. If any quoted surcharge is not acceptable, you may cancel your order, and we will issue and immediate refund.

Our standard delivery fees do not include delivery to PO Boxes and we reserve the right to charge a surcharge where applicable. Australia Post will only accept deliveries from courier service providers that are affiliated with Australia Post, and in some cases this may incur a surcharge. Call 1300 780 810 prior to ordering for more information.
We do not deliver to Apartment addresses due to access sometimes being restricted and ‘drop boxes’ are occasionally not big enough to accept packaged goods. Call our Customer Service staff on 1300 780 810 for enquiries. We generally find a simple alternative address can be arranged.
The customer or his representative is required to be available to sign for the goods when they are delivered by our courier. If no one is available to accept and sign for the goods, a redelivery will be attempted on the next available delivery cycle. Generally, our courier will provide one re-delivery attempt at no extra cost, however we reserve the right to charge for such redelivery where appropriate. Further unsuccessful redelivery attempts may result in your order/goods being held until suitable delivery arrangements are made by the customer.
If it is inconvenient to be present, just advise us and we can make alternative arrangements or see below for giving us an authority to leave your order/goods without a signature of receipt of delivery.
If you the customer or your representative are not available to receive your goods, then you may authorise us to leave the goods without a signature. Be aware, that in these cases, we accept no responsibility for the goods once they have been delivered, in the event the goods are damaged, go missing or are stolen. Because there is no signature to acknowledge delivery, no proof of delivery will be provided as is the case with customers that sign at the time of delivery.
If this option suits you, then mark in the comments section of the on-line order, with:

Any additional special delivery instructions must be kept to one line and a maximum of 8 words. eg, ‘Leave behind front veranda’ or ‘Leave by pot plant by front door’
If goods are to be left without a signature upon delivery, please ensure you provide your phone contact details so we may contact you to confirm such arrangements if required.
Delivery fees are based on our courier having unrestricted access to the front door of your property or business premises as a ‘drop off /delivery point’ where you the customer or your representative are required to be available to receive and sign for the goods. Where access is restricted by way of, but not be limited to, locked gates, dog, security access restrictions including access to upper level floors, steps & stairways then please call 1300 780 810 prior to placing your order so we can make the appropriate delivery arrangements.
In the event that these restrictions prevent delivery, we reserve the right to charge for a redelivery where appropriate. Further unsuccessful redelivery attempts may result in your order/goods being held until suitable delivery arrangements are made and any relevant surcharges are paid.
All orders received along with cleared payments by 2.30 pm will be despatched the same day.
All goods are generally stock items, however if your goods are an ‘out of stock’ item due to prior sales, you will be advised regarding any extended delivery time and given the option to cancel the order if you desire.
All goods are generally supplied as one shipment. Where this is not the case, you will be contacted to seek your acceptance of a split shipment.
When you order and before you leave the order page, you will be prompted to nominate your delivery postcode which will automatically show a delivery fee based on your location.
Goods are despatched once your payment has been processed or funds have been received.

Delivery times as per our delivery schedules are to be used as a general guide only, but are based on current delivery service levels. Every effort is made to get your order to you within our stated times (subject to your payment method), however we do not guarantee delivery times as circumstances can arise on rare occasions which prevent these times being met. As part of our Quality Control procedures, we monitor theses delivery times to ensure standards are maintained and customer service is not compromised.
