Kyocera PA4500X A4 Mono Laser Printer

The Kyocera ECOSYS PA4500X is a powerful & compact wired network printer with high-level security features. With a rapid print speed of up to 45 pages per minute, it offers enhanced productivity and is ideally suited to small to medium workgroups. It has enhanced security features including network authentication & data encryption, and up to 100 User/Department Codes for monitoring/managing print usage. Mobile printing support will make printing a lot more flexible for the team while paper handling is very flexible, too, with up to four additional paper feeders that can be added to the device.

All orders received by 2.30pm EST (along with cleared payments) will be despatched the same day. All goods are generally supplied as one shipment. Where this is not the case, you will be contacted to seek your acceptance of a split shipment.

Delivery Fees

Delivery Fees are a flat capped rate for any size order.

PO Box deliveries are not included in our standard delivery fees. Please call our Customer Service staff on 1300 780 810 for a special delivery quote. PO Box deliveries may incur a surcharge.

Apartment deliveries are not included in our standard delivery fees. Please call our Customer Service staff on 1300 780 810 for and enquire about alternative arrangements.

Delivery fees can be viewed on the Delivery Fee Calculator on any product page. (just enter your postcode)

Delivery fees are also shown when checking out on the shopping cart.

For Large Bulky Printers delivery fees are not a standard fee, but a quoted price. These larger printers are flagged on our web site to prompt for you to call 1300 780 810 so we may check details such as access, etc, and in turn we can quote a delivery fee.

All delivery fees include GST.

Is based on local supply (if shipping is required from interstate, a surcharge will apply)

If a printer is flagged as FREE DELIVERY but is only available interstate, and you have already ordered your printer, we will call and provide a quoted fee for delivery. If this is not acceptable, and you choose to cancel your order, we will issue an immediate refund.

We suggest calling 1300 780 810 before ordering to check local stock availability.

Our Free Delivery also excludes:

  • Remote country locations, rural properties and regional addresses outside the main township.
  • Delivery addresses with restricted/difficult access. eg, where extra assistance or special equipment is required steep driveways, stairs, steps, uneven surfaces, upper level floors, etc.
  • Delivery to residential apartments
  • PO Box deliveries

Delivery

We deliver using a range of courier service providers.

Delivery times as per our delivery schedules (see below) are to be used as a general guide only, and are based on current delivery service levels. We cannot give specific days or times that our couriers may arrive as this is outside of our control. Every effort is made to get your order to you within our stated times (subject to your payment method), however we do not guarantee delivery times as circumstances can arise on rare occasions which prevent these times being met.

You may place an order by either of the 3 methods listed below, and whichever best suit your needs.

Online Ordering

When you place an On-line order, you do not need to be a ‘registered customer’. If you are a returning
customer, and are registered, you can view your purchase history (eg, prices, quantities, products, dates,
etc), which makes your re-ordering a little easier & quicker.

Order by Phone

Call our Customer Service staff on 1300 780 810. We can quickly process your order and answer any
queries.

Order by Email – for Account Customers only

Simply email your order details, (quantities, product ID, delivery address, etc) and we will
send a reply email ‘Order Confirmation’ to acknowledge receipt of your order.

Urgent Orders / Express Delivery – for Account Customers only

If your goods are required urgently, we can arrange a 2-4 hour same day express courier delivery for all
capital city metropolitan locations. These Orders need to be placed by phone, by no later than 11.00am, so
this gives our courier sufficient time to deliver that day.

The cost of express freight will vary depending on your location and urgency of delivery. Contact our
Customer Service staff on 1300 780 810 for a quote.

Pick-Up Orders

You may collect your order from any of our capital city warehouse in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney,
Brisbane & Perth

Pick-Ups are available subject to the following criteria:

  • For account customers your orders can be available to collect within 30 minutes
  • For ‘new customers’, goods are to be pre-paid by direct deposit before goods are released for collection. Direct deposits may appear in our account within a relatively short time, being the same day, or next day at the latest. Once your payment is received we will contact you to confirm your order can be collected. Proof of Identity may be required at pick-up.

We provide immediate 30 day trading account facilities with no application or pre-approval required for the above business groups.
