Delivery Fees are a ‘flat capped rate’ for any size order.

For ‘Large Bulky Printers’ delivery fees are not a standard fee, but a quoted price. These larger printers are flagged on our web site to prompt for you to call 1300 780 810 so we may check details such as access, etc, and in turn we can quote a delivery fee.

We deliver using a range of courier service providers.
Delivery times as per our delivery schedules (see below) are to be used as a general guide only, and are based on current delivery service levels. We cannot give specific days or times that our couriers may arrive as this is outside of our control. Every effort is made to get your order to you within our stated times (subject to your payment method), however we do not guarantee delivery times as circumstances can arise on rare occasions which prevent these times being met.

You may place an order by either of the 3 methods listed below, and whichever best suit your needs.
When you place an On-line order, you do not need to be a ‘registered customer’. If you are a returning
customer, and are registered, you can view your purchase history (eg, prices, quantities, products, dates,
etc), which makes your re-ordering a little easier & quicker.
Call our Customer Service staff on 1300 780 810. We can quickly process your order and answer any
queries.
Simply email your order details, (quantities, product ID, delivery address, etc) and we will
send a reply email ‘Order Confirmation’ to acknowledge receipt of your order.
If your goods are required urgently, we can arrange a 2-4 hour same day express courier delivery for all
capital city metropolitan locations. These Orders need to be placed by phone, by no later than 11.00am, so
this gives our courier sufficient time to deliver that day.
The cost of express freight will vary depending on your location and urgency of delivery. Contact our

You may collect your order from any of our capital city warehouse in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney,

We provide immediate 30 day trading account facilities with no application or pre-approval required for the above business groups.
For first time customers, please call our Customer Service staff on 1300 780 810 for any initial order.
Subsequent orders can be place on-line or via email.

All orders received along with cleared payments by 2.30 pm will be despatched the same day.
All goods are generally stock items, however if your goods become an ‘out of stock’ item due to prior sales, you will be advised regarding any extended delivery time and given the option to cancel your order.
All goods are generally supplied as one shipment. Where this is not the case, you will be contacted to seek your acceptance of a split shipment.

For ‘New Customers’ wanting to ‘Pick-up’ goods, payment is required by direct deposit prior to the release of your goods. Call us on 1300 780 810, so we can take your personal/business details and promptly email a Tax Invoice with relevant bank details for direct deposits.
For On-line Orders, and upon checkout, you will prompted to choose your preferred method of payment.
If you are an existing customer with a 30 day trading account facility already in place, then simply choose
‘Trading Account’ as the payment option on checkout, and your goods will be despatched immediately.
For customers paying by credit/debit card, or via your PayPal account, your goods will be despatched immediately.
If paying by Cheque or Money order, your goods will not be despatched until cheque payments have been cleared.
