You may place an order by either of the 3 methods listed below, and whichever best suit your needs.
Online Ordering
When you place an On-line order, you do not need to be a ‘registered customer’. If you are a returning customer, and are registered, you can view your purchase history (eg, prices, quantities, products, dates, etc), which makes your re-ordering a little easier & quicker.
Order by Phone
Call our Customer Service staff on 1300 780 810. We can quickly process your order and answer any queries.
Order by Email – for Account Customers only
Simply email your order details, (quantities, product ID, delivery address, etc) and we will send a reply email ‘Order Confirmation’ to acknowledge receipt of your order.
Urgent Orders / Express Delivery – for Account Customers only
If your goods are required urgently, we can arrange a 2-4 hour same day express courier delivery for all capital city metropolitan locations. These Orders need to be placed by phone, by no later than 11.00am, so this gives our courier sufficient time to deliver that day.
The cost of express freight will vary depending on your location and urgency of delivery. Contact our Customer Service staff on 1300 780 810 for a quote.
Pick-Up Orders
You may collect your order from any of our capital city warehouse in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth
Pick-Ups are available subject to the following criteria:
For account customers your orders can be available to collect within 30 minutes
For ‘new customers’, goods are to be pre-paid by direct deposit before goods are released for collection. Direct deposits may appear in our account within a relatively short time, being the same day, or next day at the latest. Once your payment is received we will contact you to confirm your order can be collected. Proof of Identity may be required at pick-up.
Medical Clinics and Health Professionals
Legal Entities (Lawyers, Solicitors, etc) Government Departments, Local Councils/Shires, Schools, Universities & Colleges
We provide immediate 30 day trading account facilities with no application or pre-approval required for the above business groups.

Subsequent orders can be place on-line or via email.
General Business Customers
30 Day Trading Account credit facilities are available to approved applicants. Contact Us for a Credit Application
General Information
All orders received along with cleared payments by 2.30 pm will be despatched the same day.
All goods are generally stock items, however if your goods become an ‘out of stock’ item due to prior sales, you will be advised regarding any extended delivery time and given the option to cancel your order.
All goods are generally supplied as one shipment. Where this is not the case, you will be contacted to seek your acceptance of a split shipment.
