Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Fees if applicable, will be quoted at the time of your enquiry
Printers can not be ordered online.
When you call our 1300 780 810 number with your enquiry or order, we will quote a fixed delivery fee if applicable (eg, if not showing as Free Delivery), based on your printer selected and your delivery location, being metro or country.
We ask you to call for several reasons. Firstly, if a delivery fee is applicable, we can minimise your delivery fee by tailoring a fee to suit your chosen printer & your delivery location, rather than quote a loaded one-fits-all delivery fee. Secondly it allows us to check important delivery details, being address, delivery access, attendance to receive goods, business hours.
Buying a new printer is an important decision and we have found over many years of trading we can make the delivery of your new printer a seamless process by adopting this approach. By avoiding some of the delivery pitfalls such as no one available to accept the goods, business premises may be closed or delivery access is restricted, we can deliver a level of customer service that satisfies our customers and that we demand as a business
All orders received by 3.00 pm (along with cleared payments) will be despatched either the same day or next day.
Printer prices do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. We deliver using Courier services and all shipping charges include GST.
